Lee Anne’s story is about more than surviving homelessness — it’s about what can flourish when someone is given stability, dignity, and community. 

But she is not alone. 

  • Over 13,000 people are unhoused in Toronto each night 
  • More than 100,000 households are still waiting for affordable housing 
  • Nearly 1 in 4 households face food insecurity

  • Provide nutritious meals through our Centralized Food Program 
  • Offer safe, emergency shelter and supportive housing across 26 sites in Toronto 
  • Run onsite workshops and ensure access to programming like music therapy, legal clinics, and art classes

  • Deliver compassion and connection to over 2,500 residents every day
